If you are not regularly gathering information from your student customers on their wants and needs, you should be. Don’t delay! Attend this practical session and gain the tools to conduct student focus groups immediately upon returning to your store. You will better understand the true value of focus groups and walk step-by-step through the process during this interactive session. Presented by the NACS Research Advisory Committee, you will hear real life examples from your college store peers on the dos and don’ts of effective discussion groups and resources to take with you.
