Verbal Judo is about teaching people to speak and act professionally under pressure and during conflict. As store professionals are being asked more often to interact on campus and be active participants in activities outside the store, these skills are increasingly important to your success. In Verbal Judo Part 2, you will learn the 1st and 2nd "truths" of communicating effectively: Active listening and understanding the psychology of roles. You will leave with an strategy to help ensure effective communication and problem solving.

Verbal Judo Parts 1 and 2 are stand-alone sessions—you may attend one or both. However, a more complete knowledge of the Verbal Judo skills will be gained by attending both Part 1 and Part 2.
